YOGI Gulph Mills to Mr. Bear to You, CD

Yogi was my first of many Mastiffs.

I got Yogi as a rescue dog through Dee and Mike Gensburger of Gulph Mills Mastiffs. I immediately started him in obedience. How was I to know ?

Yogi had no confidence and the obedience was very good for him. He got his CD in three shows. He was one of the first Mastiffs in Colorado to get a CD. A couple of the judges had never judged a Mastiff in the obedience ring and Yogi impressed them. He was the only dog on the sit stays that could touch his chin on the floor while sitting!

Yogi was our “selling point”. His loving temperament sold puppies for us as well as being a good will ambassador for the breed. He attended countless “meet the breed” events and loved it. He loved small children and everybody he met.

Yogi won 2^nd place in the veteran obedience class at the Ft Worth Specialty.
