CH Foxglove Eldorado Gemstone "Ruby"
I got Ruby from Lara and David Hagey of Foxglove Mastiffs. She was co – bred by Bruce and Carolyn Budmayr. She is out of the beautiful “Moon”, CH Pleasant View of Moonstone.
Ruby started out a little rough in her show career, after suffering abuse at the hands of a professional trainer. I knew better and have kicked myself ever since.
Out at her first show, Ruby was a trouper. At six months, she took best puppy. A few months later, she took a couple of reserve’s. She had a poor showing at the specialty, but did win 3rd place in her class in 2006. At the local supported, she took a nice reserve at just 12 mos.
In February 2007, Ruby stepped it up and took back to back WB’s for her 4 pt majors. She finished in July 2007 with another major taking BOW as well.
Ruby is a very large bitch, averaging at aged two about 185lbs. and an honest 30”. She has a wonderful temperament and is very kind.
We plan to breed Ruby in 2008.
